Compressor & Vacuum Pump Lubricants
Six premium quality petroleum based compressor oils are offered by Ultrachem for those applications where low price is the primary decision maker, a long life synthetic is not necessary, and operating temperatures are not severe. They are also useful where frequent change outs are necessary due to poor environments prone to contamination from dust, acids, solvents, gases, or other contaminants. P-ACO 32 and 46 are designed for rotary screw compressors while P-ACO 68, 100, 150 and 220 are intended for use in reciprocating compressors. All of these products exhibit excellent anti-rust, anti-foam, anti-oxidation, and demulsibility characteristics.
Characteristics
- Excellent rust and oxidation inhibitors.
- Will not foam.
- Great demulsibility.
- Service life of 2,000 – 3,000 hours under good operating conditions in rotary screws and up to 2000 hours in reciprocating compressors.
